Hi The price quote and time quote is a vague idea of any technical document such as White Paper, Technical Paper, Business Plan, Project Proposal' all for 3-4 pages (including images, research etc.). Since the requriements of project are very subjective, it is really unrealistic to quote for project. Please provide some details of project so that I can offer my availability and price accordingly.
