Hi,

I need simple two pages site

1st page:

- Text area with two labels url and submit
in text box only valid url of site, image and video(youtube or google) can be enter.

- Text area can have max 3 URL'S

2nd Page:

- After submitting page must show thumbnail of
-270px x 173px
- On point mouse over thumbnail it must show orignal image
-600px x 417px

Please not i want first turn around time who is really expert can do it so i want only php experts.
