Description:	BND Software creates intranets for clients who post for employees many Word and Adobe Acrobat formatted forms (some are government, some are company specific. We seek a source who can convert Word and PDF documents to a fillable format. The format should permit the employee to complete the form on line or off line. If completed online, they can save the document on their local computer (with no loss of the data they have entered). We have attached several PDFs that we would like to convert. This is a sample, and if this project is satisfactorily completed, we will likely source additional documents to you.
