Description: Fully E-commerce Site www.jdswholesales.ca

Payment method….Cash on Delivery need to be changed to Cr. Card on file (will include screen shot of the page)

Also this being a wholesale site, the general public does not have access to prices. Prices can be seen only once the member is activated and member is free to make orders on line.

First the retailer fills in the application. They receive an e-mail telling them their account will be activated within 48 hours. We also receive the same e-mail (Welcome to JDS Wholesales) to know that somebody has filled in the application.

We go into our admin section to see the member's full details. We can contact the member for more info or activate the member. Once activated, the member receives the e-mail, and they are free to log on, browse the site, see the prices and make an order.

Once we activate the member, we have no way of putting them hold or suspend their account unless we physically delete the member.

Right now we have in our admin section, under the customers module. (screen shot is included with this post)
1. customers
2. waiting approval
3. orders

number four we like to add some kind of folders that will say on hold or suspended accounts. Also on the right side of customers module, we have edit, activate, e-mail. Right besides this side we also like to have button on hold/suspend

we should be able to highlight the customer, click the on hold/suspend button and that customer should appear in number 4 under the customers module under suspended accounts

If the customer tries to log on after suspension, they should get the message that your account has been suspended, please call #(phone number) to activate.

We would like to finish this project as soon as possible. If you need any more info, feel free to ask.
