Description:	This website answers questions that members have as it pertains to the financial sector. The website owner is a veteran finance guru but novice web user. I want to have the ability for people to subscribe to a blog-like system via a membership service which will use paypal to accept payments. - Membership admin page (simple edit profile) - Member will use email & password to login and manage account - Integration of Paypal credit card acceptance into website - Creation of blog within structure of membership - Email sent to website owner when a post is made - Email sent to member when website owner responds with answer - Simple form for website owner to post answers - Recurring payments made every month from paypal account. Design is done, just looking for someone who can do everything above. Budget: $500 This project will be used as a test to receive more work in the future.
