Description: I posted this yesterday but was not clear on the joomla aspect of the design. i want a designer who can work with joomla to do a site for me by Wednesday Feb 20, 2008. it is a website that is already up and all i want to do is change the layout and design. am a student so am not able to pay too much money for this.
