Description:	Hi We are after someone to complete the following asap: 1. We have the contribution installed on our site "Great Categories CSS v2.1." We want to keep Great Catagories but have part of another contribution "Categories enhanced 1.01" added to it. With "Categories enhanced 1.01" when the lowest level of the catagory is displayed, the manufacturers with products in that category display under the category in the infobox. See http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5212 The relevent parts of this contribution will need to be manually added to the existing Great Categories installation to keep the look and features of Great Categories but the additional functionality of having manufacturers appear. Manually install, test and ensure is working correctly. 2. Minor cosmetic change to front page, image appearing in centre is 1 row lower than it should be. Fix it. 3. Put a gif (provided by us) on the left hand column. Gif needs to change based on location of person viewing web. Ie Customers from US will get 1 image, customers from New Zealand will get another and all others will get another. Needs to be based to work for vistors, not just registered users. 4. Install contribution "Simple Visitor Newsletter With HTML Support & Bulk Mail v 2.1_2" and have it appear on main store page right hand column. We have an opt out contribution installed and this needs to keep working. HTML needs to work correctly. Install, test and ensure is working correctly. 5. Install contribution "Featured Products". This needs to display on our main store page where we currently have "New Products for February". Install, test and ensure is working correctly. 6. Install contribution "Your Recent History version V3.0.a". This needs to display on our main store page on the left hand column. Install, ensure formatted to be consistent with our layout, test and ensure is working correctly. Thanks
