Description: We are a small financial news company that needs a user friendly professional looking website.

The site will basically have 6-8 live message boards for users to interact with each other.

We will need each user to be able to register with us.

I need to be able to put advertisements on the page myself aswell.

We will probably need some moving animation on the top of the page.
