Description:	We need 25000 one-way, non-reciprocal links from WEBPAGES with a Google PR 2 (Not just Websites with PR2 only!) or better. Links must be relevant. Topics relate to software development, call center software, CRM software, Telecommunications, Mortgage, lead generation software, Chat software, VoIP, Training, ASP Hosting, Application Software Providers, Call Routing Software, disaster recovery and Contact Center Software. We're are willing to pay every month if you can GUARANTEE us 2000 One-Way links a month (as outlined in the project parameters) for a period of 12 months. So your bid should be the MONTHLY FEE you want for this work!!!! 1. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. 2. All links must be permanent. 3. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs or spam sites. We will accept article directories links (see item 18 below) 4. No sites banned by Google. 5. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. 6. Must be manually submitted. 7. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) 8. Link pages must be related to 'software development, call center software, CRM software, Telecommunications, Mortgage, lead generation software, Chat software, VoIP, Training, ASP Hosting, Application Software Providers, Call Routing Software, software & hardware disaster recovery and Contact Center Software. 9. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 10. No blacklisted or spam sites. 11. No more than 50 outbound links per page. and the page should never be more than 2 clicks away from home page. 12. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page. 13. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 14. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least PR2, not just PR2 sites but PR2 and above. 15. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 16. Links must be from English websites only around the world. 17. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 18. 20 articles each for one relevant keyword/keyphrase per month written by supplier and Article submission to 300+ directory will be included. (Please Note WE WILL NOT pay for links from link exchange networks – If you plan on selling us links that we can purchase ourselves for $20 a month do not bother submitting a bid. The last several link builders we accepted were either scammers or selling junk links from bulk link exchange networks. Do not waste both of our time with these links…) Additional note: You will need to provide me with the following document/spreadsheet before any payment is made:- we will not hold money in escrow.
