Description: competition site with online vote counting have template design just need someone to put it all together and get functions working
voters must register before they can vote and the vote system must only allow vote per computer each day
the information we must be able to see is how often people go on line to vote and from what countries and we must be able to send out email updates from the site to all registered contestants and voters
there must be a select a country option (we have the country list)
Top one in each voted section (3 sections will appear down the right hand side in thumb nails
There will be a self loading registration for photos and video
Vote numbers will be displayed and voters able to grade a model between 1 and 10, being the highest, vote average will be displayed
Models will be able to load photos but will mot be able to delete, only admin
Admin must have the ability to turn the voting one and off
There needs to be a page with general competition info that we are able to easily edit and upload potos change font size and colour add hyper links

How to enter with loading page
We do not want a print option on models pages
We do want to keep the enquire about option though
we would like entire site to be black with gold writing
Site must be similar to www.vma.co.nz as far as the way images enlarge when you click on them (see individual model page)
We need a back end admin section which allows us to approve entries or to delete
The front page we would like the 5 images to link through to the warning page
