Description:	Hi I need to add a new functionality to my admin panel. I run cashback site where users earn money. At the moment I check my affiliate networks reports to see how much commission users have generated then I look on that reports that are in form of a list: User id...merchant....date of purchase....commission 13........Next..............11:23 13/2007...............12.01 106.......SupeB.............02:12 1/2/2007...........1.23 25........StorA.............13:50 4/52007................0.52 77........Sokope............16:04 12/8/2007..........5.30 Go to the users list and add each record manually to the selected user. User earnings are kept in one table (user earnings) and shows like this: ( user id/merchant id/ date of purchase/ commission/ transaction status) Merchant id is kept in other table (merchant links) and correspond with a merchant name. Shows like this (link id/ merchant name/ merchant description/ etc…). Transaction status can be either “pending” or “confirmed”(SEE ATTACHMENT) Now I want to create an option in the script where I can update database table (user earnings) with a csv or xml REPORT file(SEE ATTACHMENT). This file would have the form of a list just like the one above. The script needs to ask me if I want to add new earnings to the table or update existing ones from status “pending” to “confirmed”. Script needs to count transaction in status “confirmed” and for condition > or = 20 have to display an indication in “User management” main page next to total for selected user. Second thing is to add in “User management” main page a column, next to user id, where it would be shown if the user was referred by someone. The site has a referral scheme and I can see who was referred by who but I need to go into user details…I want to have it on a main page.
