Description: I need to install a OScommerce freight module,
the way to calculate is:
Single items:
< 500K - one set price
< 3KG - one set price
Larger Parcel rate = (Base rate per parcel + (charge to zone * kg)) + 20%
We already have the zones and charge table made up, but there is a twist - we need to intelligently estimate how many parcel there is going to be if there are multiple parcels, say 2 x 6KG parcel need to be counted as 2 parcels (because the combined box is too big), but 1 x 6KG + 1 x 1KG can be counted as 1 parcel. (because there is a base parcel charge for each parcel)
Please do not hold back any suggestions :)
