Description: A small program is needed which will select numbers or names at random. The program should be able to save files of names to be used in the randomiser.

The program should have a selection of music which can be played whilst the name is being picked. It should be possible to add music files to the program to create a random tune being played eachtime a name is chosen.

Some sample music files and other information will be made available to the successful bidder.
