Description: i need a program that will be able to log into my pop account and extract the "from" email address along with the first and last name if found.

i also want to be able to filter certain emails to a seperate list.. for example, *@aol.com would direct all emails with @aol.com to a different text file.

outputs would be to two text files - address.txt and filtered.txt

I have done similar extraction jobs from gmail. I can do this for you cheap as you dont require to go into the site to do this. Do you know a free POP server where I can go and produce you a demo of my work so that you are comfortable before deciding? Regards, Shortwire
