Description

I have a client who need www.exlow.com to be modified a bit. Most of the work is already completed he just needs a few final modifications. This project is urgent, so the faster you can get it done the better.

The site is currently set up to take in the money to pay the programmers directly after receiving money from the webmasters. We want it to not have this system. No deposit, escrow, withdraw, or transfer money options. The site will be 100% free and webmasters will pay programmers directly. SO, for them to do this they need to be able to exchange information. All accounts will have on signup a box telling them to enter all of their contact info they want sent to users when dealing with projects. They can also see and edit this in their admin panel under a new tab you can call "Contact Info".

All it needs to be is a box for them to enter words into. So, users also have either "Send Service Invoice" or "Send Payment Invoice" (if their account is a "both" they have both options) This is going to work like this... They click the link (on the project page or in their admin panel page) to send one of those invoices. The invoice will have a drop down of all the project names that they have won or picked people for then the following information is auto filled. Date started and completed, budget of the service buyer and bid of the service seller. The project description and blank box for additional information. Below that is the users contact information (with a link next to it linking to their admin panel page to change it if they want) Have a check box so they can choose to send that info or not. Then below that is their billing information, how they send or receive payments (if it's a service invoice they are sending then their preferred methods of payment are listed ---- if it's a payment invoice then the users preferred method of receiving funds is listed.)

My budget is kinda low, only $50, and I really need this done ASAP, but if you work hard, I will try to send some projects to you in the future.
