Description:	I need someone to basically copy my site vma.co.nz as well as take my images also, my site has been hyjacked by the guy I had asked to do it but as he has the codes and wont finish it in the 10months he has had I need to start again, I do however want a differnt front page which is a bit like augustmodels.co.nz with the faded images moving around in the background of a bold VMA and a little enter site which then takes them through to a mirror of what we have apart from the below detailed info VMA needs to have a backend for hidden models and Talent that is where the main database is becuae not everyone wants to be live on the site, casting directors use the backend more than they do the front end normally, the only people who have access to make a model live should be the head admin being myself and there needs to be three levels of entry me being admin who has the edit ability and then casting directors with the ability to search the hidden talent and because we were setting it up for selfloading for the models eg photos and info a model login so that they could change their data and that means I dont have to update someones page everytime they do a job, they need to be able to self load when applying and although paypal We should have the ability to hide photos from being viewed eg a model may have 10 photos on their file but only three might be veiwable. and the rest hidden but veiwable by casting directors in the backend, also we need to be able to swap there main photo, as different castings require differnt looks so we always put the photo that best deplicts the casting on the printable main photo for submissions, We really need to put in their date of birth so when they have a birthday the site isnt keeping them at the same age like it is currently doing. when casting the directors have limited imagination and time, they just want to see the photo that best represents the feel of the casting also I asked that the males and females be seperated as it is something I have needed done for years but it just didnt happen If it is possable to grab my images straight from the old site and transfer it through would be ideal
