Description

I require an ebay template that I can use for every auction. It must be professional looking in a neutral colour scheme.
I need to be able to change the description for each auction and also be able to insert 4 photographs into each auction. SO the template must be able to handle this.
Nothing busy or flashing just a simple sophisticated looking template. We sell furniture, homewares and antiques and collectables.
Our colour scheme is primarially beige, tan and brown.
The template must consist of the following elements:
Top bar: where I can put the name of the item I am selling (ie. Leather Lounge)
Description: I need to describe the item in this space.
Payment: a space for me to describe payment methods for my customers
Shipping: I describe shipping prices in this space
Terms of sale: a space where I describe the terms of sale (ie. refunds etc)
Space for 4 photographs: We accompany every listing with 4 photos. No exceptions. Each photo must be able to open to a new page for a larger view.

I would require final say on all colour choices and the layout of the template. I do not require a pay as you go template, I want to purchase the template outright.
I have no html knowledge so the template must be easy for me to use.
