Description

I am starting a new vacation rental site-
I need the site built and a database created. There will be 2 sections for the website.
One for the ADMIN(myself)
ADMIN AREA

• Reset member passwords
• Edit member information
• Edit members pages
• Approve membership
• Delete accounts
• Add more time to membership
• Decline membership
• I would also like an invoice system(if possible)
• Add sub-sub-cities if needed example-United Stets> California>Lake Arrowhead
• Add countries (if needed)
• Edit member pages if needed completely
• Edit promotions or add new promotions
• Email property owners
• Sent them reminder emails to let them know time is almost finished
• Make a property a featured rental
• Add promotions for free listing for 6 months


Also there should be an area for members-

Where they will

Add an additional property
Pay for their account
Manage the online calendar
Edit property description
Add pictures
And more…..



There will be 3 packages

Gold- Platinum- and the Link package

I am very limited on my time and need this site built within a week. If I find the right match I will close the project and pick the person. So you should be able to start the project ASAP.

Please specify how long you can finish and the exact amount you want for this project-
I have all the content for the site so no need to write the content.
Also if you can have a mock up it will be wonderful.,..

After we check the site on your server and it is fully customized than you would need to upload it on my hosting which is c-panel.
