Description:	For an embedded Voice over IP gateway product I need a simple web page for managing configuration and get access to a status page. I have some html and graphical elements to be used for the design. The graphics include a top banner in which some text has to be deleted or replaced in the graphics (I will provide the text). The web design should be in plain HTML, possibly with frames and Javascript, and be based on css (Cascading Style Sheet) so that it is easy to maintain and run in the embedded web server. The idea is that the web design should consist of a main page with top menu and approximately three subpages: 1: A status page 2: Configuration page for Audio Line 1 3: Configuration page for Audio Line 2 I have a working example in which you will find css-definitions, an example top menu and the graphics. You should design the site so that it uses frames or another way of organizing the subpages, so that it is easy to add other subpages. I have implemented a form with a number of selection boxes and text input fields, that is used to change the settings. I will provide the form and input boxes and you should organize them on the page and make it look nice. It shall be easy to add more input boxes later on.
