Description:	Pay for this job will be at roughly $500. You will be paid in full after project is completed. You need to have this done within two weeks tops. I need top designers who can present me a flash website with an animated cartooney feel. You must know your stuff. Anything half decent wont be accepted. Need someone with excellent communication skills and can speak English well. I get annoyed with people who are filled with grammatical errors in their speech, you should be able to communicate well when it comes to business. Must have AIM/MSN/Y! and/or email. You will be doing the following: -Creating a website from scratch. Anyone who uses templates will be thrown out. I know what is online and what is original. -Creating an exceptional flash website with roughly 6 pages. You must have exceptional skills in photoshop and flash If you don't send me a portfolio of your flash work, you wont be considered. I say $500, but if I'm highly pleased, I will pay $600 or more. If I'm really impressed you will be given several more job offers from me, with possible higher pay. Thank you and goodluck
