need a ASP (No .net or php) script that will take care of updating database when user completes the paypal payments.

I only want the main script that will help me to integrate into my other scripts, so it will be only helping so calm down quote not more than $10, I cannt set this limit as I cannt found a option at GAF.
you will require to assume some variables build a buy button and write the IPN processing script assumning notifiaction is coming from paypal, I will need help to setup of paypal account too for IPN, more details will be to close bidders
