I need to establish a social networking / match making site that operates with lots of features to include video, image, and audio upload with rating system for those. Who's online, top picks, random, etc.

Its more a business site than dating...for music producers and artists to preview and meet each other.

I can buy a premade script at your recommendation: i liked eFriends, http://www.datetopia.com, webDate, and one other that slips my mind.
