Description:	I am looking to have a JavaScript based Geo-Targeting random link redirect script developed using meta-“Refresh” to redirect users. This script will: Redirect US-Based visitors to one domain randomly from a list of 4 domains. Redirect Non-US-Based visitors to one domain randomly based on a second list of 4 domains. On the first visit the script should open a pop-under window to one domain randomly from a list of 4 domains. (this script portion is completed and can be viewed at the link below) On the second visit direct ALL users to a domain randomly from a list of 4 domains. I would like the setup to be as simple as possible. There should be only 4 places that need editing by the user: 1. List of 4 US-Based Domains 2. List of 4 Non-US-Based Domains 3. Pop-Under Window Domain and Pop-Under Setting (width, height, scrollbars ,resizable ,toolbar ,location , menubar) 4.
