Description:	I am looking to develop a site with the following requirements: 1. Stylish and clean front page/template for hometheater electronics. 2. Search engine friendly so I can maintain my current ranking. 3. A catalog/cart system using oscommerce or similar to oscommerce. 4. An intergrated ‘shopping.com’ price comparison system. 5. A custom script for easy update of a tv viewing schedule (should be relatively easy, I think). ***Please don’t submit a bid if you have not carefully finished reading the information below and please state specifics when ask for more information*** I am looking to update a website with a logo to give it a stylish, clean and professional look that serves as an information portal and ecommerce functionalities. I have a few sites that I think are eye catching and you can draw ideas to base your designs on them (sony or samsung websites or doitavdotcom). I want the color scheme to be light and colorful, no dark color combination. I want this site to have the appearance of an info-portal, the oscommerce part is more of a convenience use of the catalog system for storing of information; the shopping check out system is needed for future expansion into actual selling. I am willing to consider other systems if they have features that are comparable to oscommerce (with bulk population similar to easy populate). I want to integrate a price comparison module similar to shopping.com into the site so that when a visitor look at item ‘xyz’, below the item specs, the page will display a list of 10 or so merchants that have that item for sale (with a more link to display a complete list of merchants that have item ‘xyz’). This module should also allow the uploading of merchant data by xml or cvs files, and some bid for top rank advertise listing. As a matter of fact, this module/script is already available on the web. I would also like to have a search feature added so that the visitor can search for merchants or repair services that are physically close by (search by state or city or zip code). This search could draw information from the price comparison database or from a separate simple database that contain submitted addresses. I need a custom script module to display a daily tv programming schedule that will automatically adjust to display the correct time according to the time zone. The information will be entered manually into database fields to get displayed (this is my interpretation of the script, we can do it your way if you have a simpler way). The schedule will need to display the current day programming and have link tabs to future schedules. I also need a printer friendly version of the schedule so people can print them out. The description is too detailed to describe right now, but I will show and work with the developer to formulate a strategy. I will also need 2 pages to serve up current news links and links to other sites. Should take no more than 5 minutes to install a module similar to flexnews. Or you can use your own solution. I want the design of the page layout to be able to seamlessly accommodate some advertising banners or sponsors’ announcements. I also need a script similar to forum word censor programs to search and link text keywords with affiliated links. Example: If I enter plain text in the item description and that text contains the words ‘amazon’ and/or ‘sony’, I would like the script to assign links to those keywords. I will need the winning bidder to have a dedicated team to devote the appropriate time required to do the job on time. Prompt and frequent (daily or more frequent if necessary) and accurately responsive communication is also a must since it will prevent delays due to miscommunication. I will choose a winning bidder with a visually appealing portfolio and have a clear understand of the specifications. To be clear, I am looking for a professional and capable team that can deliver professional results in a timely manner. Please do not bid if your capacity is too extended or you are not sure of your technical capability to incorporate the requirement. Payment will be made in phases, I prefer to see some work first before the initial payment is made, but if you need to receive the payment first, I would only willing deposit 10% at most. This is because some developers embellish their credentials without the capacity to complete the job. If you are honest up front about your capability and deliver on time, you will not need to worry about my payments. My budget is around $1000-1700.
