In this directory there are a list of files that end in .resx.
At the bottom of each of these files is a list of key/value pairs as shown below.

For each of the XXXXX.resx files I will create a russian version in the form XXXXX.ru.resx

You will go through each of the XXXXX.ru.resx files and replace the english contents of the value tags with the russian equivalent.

You can see the XXXXX.de.resx files as an example.
