we are looking for a flash designer better someone from india the requirement is that the selected person shuld have around the clock access to internet and he/she should be online on MSN/yahoo messenger for better communication. The payments will be project base or hourly base depending upon the project. The payments will be made directly into ur bank accounts via online banking.
