Description: I need to populate my oscommerce site with DATA :

1) First, I need to upload price lists (excel / csv) in regular basis on my site. To do this I am using “Easy Populate” software which I installed lately. I was able to upload 400 titles, but since I added 40K+ titles more, it's not uploading at all. I need someone to help me upload them and show me how to update pricing and quantitly availability on a daily basis. My supplier has different number of availabilities everyday, so I need someone to help me update the excel file with quantity available from my supplier on a daily basis. When the stock is 0, I need to say it on the website, that I am taking pre-orders.

2) I also need to add description content grabbed from some website and add it into my excel file for corresponding titles and
corresponding UPC code for all 40,000+ titles in excel file to be uploaded to my oscommerce site. If I can grab pictures automatically, that'll be even better. I am not sure if this is doable, so I am open to any suggestions or ideas.

3) I need to make my site search engine friendly. I need to be able to add description of each page with matching keywords for each
product. Again, I am open to suggestions with this as well.
