Description: Hi Everybody,
This is my first project on GAF and i have ample projects after this in diverse technologies. I am looking for a company/person who can do all this for me: ASP, ASP.NET, J2EE, JavaScript, all databases.

So my first project goes like this.
I need a javascript code which will put a div on my screen. the basic motto is to create a hyperlink on that div so that users clicking anywhere on the screen should be taken to a particular website/page only.
