Description

This PHP Menu system is a repost. The freelancer who won the last bid, was not able to create the system within a reasonable amount of time.
The last project was cancelled 7 days after the deadline, due to slow progress and bad communication. This was after the deadline had been delayed by several days by the freelancer, and where the freelancer wanted more money than originally agreed on here on this bidding session.

What we are looking for is a person/company who can build the PHP menu system as described in our documentation to the agreed price. A person who can read and follow written english instructions to the letter. A person who has expert knowledge of PHP, MySQL and CSS.

The complete documentation can be downloaded at our webiste: http://www.dmi.no/phpmenusystem.pdf. The file is little less that 1 Mb, and that is the reason for why we had to place it on our website, as there is a limit of 500 Kb on this website.

IMPORTANT:
If you read through the documentation and something is not clear. Let us know before you start on the project. Not after you have completed what you think is the project. Ask us questions if something is not clear.

We do not want newbies for this job.
We need developers that can create the project based on the specifications.

We'd like to see some samples of work you have done before.
But we are not interested in designwork you have done, websites you have done. We want to see PHP code you have done related to our project.
