Description: Hi.. I need a Drupal expert to set up a current website with users and permissions as needed. I would need this done today or tomorrow at very latest but to right person i will definately make it worth your while. Its not a hard job but it is urgent for me.

If this goes well with right provider, i have much "proper" work for you also in web development on many other big projects.

If you can provide me an msn username to chat further and even an exaplle of other drupal sites you have done.. you are more likely to get this job which i am paying more than what it is worth.

Full access to whole administration

2) CHAPTER ADMIN (chapter means section)
Can add content relevant to their chapter only

This content will be visible in those sections only but is visible by all public.

- chapter committee details
- chapter events
- chapter newsletters
- chapter links
- chapter information

3) CHAPTER SUBSCRIBER
Is subscribed to chapter newsletters

4) Guest /Anonymous
Can view all content pages but will not get any newsletters
