Description: Modify existing HTML traffic website, need to add a simple admin for this site to add/update traffic types ie (drop down box and rates/specials). Need to compele in short time(3 days), if you can't, please do not bid.

Make it more clear, this simple admin is for user to easily update date on the existing hardcoded drop down menu, which has traffic volume/traffic type/rates data, so the customer doesn't need to know HTML at all.
