Need a web page/frame developed for allocating resources to tasks... Having a Gant chart would also be nice, but not essential... Tasks and resources will be read from a MS SQL database... Tasks will have Task Name and may or may not have Start Date and End Date... Resources will have Resource Name and Capacity... Page/Frame must allow drag and drop of resources... When assignment is completed by user, must allow user to select an update option so all changes may be stored back to DB.. Solution should preferably utilize Delphi and support versions 5 and up... Frame will be on screen with other frames, so a Stylesheet will be essential to control text size, etc... All source must be provided, as this is just a framework and more detail will be added by the client and the client will need to recompile to app... Solution must be delivered in 5 business days from date of winning bid...
