Description: I need to build a HTML template for my website that will listing apartments, vacation rentals, timeshare, b&b, Guest House, Furnished Apartments, Rooms and Hotels/Inn.

I got already site design, rental script and logos but you need do those pints below

Here's my requirements:
1. Design Template for Script Customization
2. Template design with CSS based - no table based please
3. Template work with PHP Script
4. Clean and Elegant layout (but has to be attractive)
5. Integration Links with Script Code
6. Build Page HTML for each rentals type
7. Build Page Html for each Continent and Country
8. Link Directory Script
9. News Letter Script
10. Articles Script
11. Blog Script

So that will include Home Page, Product Page, Product List Page, and other pages. Upon winning bid, i will give the sites that i like for some ideas. Upon completion i will do my best to give you a Glowing review.
