Description: I am currently looking fo a web designer to revamp my corporate website. The designer is require to do the index and 1 standard sub page only. The index page especially must be fast loading, clean, elegant and professional. We are a IT solution company. The designer must have a photo library. (which I don't have to pay copyright).

CSS, flash is not needed. we already have the sitemap and content ready.
