Description: I have an application written in VB.NET for the Pocket PC that uses Pocket SQL. It is overkill for what it does. I would like to get bids on how much it would cost to get rid of the SQL routines and use XML to store all the data.

I also want to make the login optional.

I understand this is a lot of work for the budget listed. I've sold 32 licenses since last september. I'm guessing it will sell better if it runs a bit faster which is why I want to switch to XML data. I'm willing to give $3 per sale (paid monthly) for the next year to the winning bidder to help compensate for the initial bid.

Shiblon.com is a niche market with page rank of 5. I also have a large mailing list to send notices to when this is completed which may initially spike sales.
