Bid On This Project

Description

This is a repost of the original project. I selected 'eclipse150GT' and the programmer apparently bidded on the project without knowing what to do and wasted my time. He didn't even know what frames are! DON'T BID IF YOU HAVEN'T EVER HEARD OF THE GOOGLE CACHE! AS THIS PROJECT IS BASED ON IT!

When a consumer clicks on the google cache of our site and our site is diplayed, we need the consumer to be immediately redirected to the new updated page.

Example: Google search 'vacuums', clicks on cache of our site, page 'http://66.102.7.104/search?q=cache:jsfMD5BsspEJ:www.thevacuumcenter.com/kirby-main.shtml+thevacuumcenter&hl=en' is displayed and the consumer is immediately redirected to 'http://www.thevacuumcenter.com/kirby-main.shtml' the update page.

Reason: Consumers are purchasing from our old pages with out dated pricing and information.

I'm not sure this is entirely possible according to your specs. Let me explain why. Whatever changes you could possibly make now will not be affected by whatever is currently in Google's cache. You could put javascript on your pages that if the page url is a Google cache url, then redirect to your site, or better yet, just turn off google and (every other search engine) caching for you site by adding a meta tag to your html headers. Still, you will have to wait until your next Google crawl before any of these updates will take effect. You will still be listed in the search engines, but they will not give links to cached pages. There are methods to get Google to come to your site sooner, but no guarantees on when the search bots will come.
