Description: This is a brand new windows based website that will allow users to view and purchase clothes from an online store. I can provide links to existing websites that the site can be based on, although it will obviously have its own tabs/design and a link to a 3rd party to handle the credit card transactions. Site should be designed to allow me to easily change the photos/descriptions via and admin page or similar

The requirement is for web development and design, with detailed design outline/docs provided by me
