Looking for short Flash animation similar to the following link:

deliverables must meet all the following criteria:
- cartoon-like, colourful character
- File size < 100k (<50k prefer)
- no need sound (we will do it on our own)
- must be vector graphic
- theme: Hello, Bye, I am Away, Kiss, Hug, Rose, Crying/Sob, Funny, etc anything that you think can be used in chatroom

provider "Devilsoft" belief that he is able to do this project but is too busy to provide a mock. This project will be for him to produce us the first/second animation (2 only) to see if we can use him/her for remaining animations (batch of 10). We reserve to reject the work if the design is not comparable to yahoo audibles. We will only pay if it is usable by us.

Actual them required will be provided to "Devilsoft" once his/her bid is accepted.
