Description: I would like a game very similar and of similar quality to http://www.channel4.com/science/microsites/B/buildingthebest/game_city.html

I would need the main play screen to be larger plus the following
1.When certain numbers are reached a message to be displayed in a text box. such as you need to buy more houses.
2. A pause button.
3. At the end there is a results page with a print button.
4. Fla file to be included with key comments in English.
5. Payment to be held in escrow.
