It currently has these abilities:
Folder Manipulation (pop3 only)
Filtering
Addressbook
Attachments

What we are wanting is to enhance these features, and add some new ones.

The program is currently set for IMAP and would have to be confiured to pop3 for folder manipulation.

Filter is set to where a user must receive an email click on filter and then decide where and how to filter the message. What we are wanting is the member to be able to filter messages before and when they receive them. Messages should be able to be filtered by sender and subject and/or keywords.

We would also like a spam filter installed that will send spam messages to a spam folder.

The program is also set for attachments, but is not functioning.

Virus scan should also be installed.

Members should have the ability to set their name for outgoing messages and add signatures.

Members should be able to block messages entirely.

Members should be able to set how their inbox will appear. Number of messages to display per page (20, 50, 100, all messages)

Members should also have the ability to set an autoresponder (turn on/off).

Also would like to add a storage bar. Bar will be displayed on all pages near the header, and will show them the amount of space they have used. i.e.

Empty------------ Full


Fee is negoitable. For bids that are more than $500 please post in PMB. Provider will be selected based on:
1) Company profile, experince in email programs, other feedback
2) Bid amount
3) Time in which to complete project.

Script can be customized or a new script can be installed. If a new script is installed it will have to be customized to operate off of our member account management for registration and login.
