Description: Need a very basic CMS built in PHP/mySQL

1) Design will be provided in Fireworks PNG (can PM the file on your request)
2) Must be done in tableless xHTML/CSS, valid W3C coding
3) Code must be SEO ready
4) all links have to be converted to search engine friendly URLs with mod-rewrite
5) CMS has to control the website content + news&events section
6) admin side needs a WYSIWYG editor
7) admin has to be able to add unlimited pages, delete them, change them, etc.

I'm expecting to seee your previous work. If you get me a demo CMS/admin login, that would be great ..
