using a cgi/perl script (which I purchased)

You would install script and set up mySQL

You would build a niche specific directory using a portion of yahoo's directory. I have a yahoo and dmoz extractor that would be uploaded to the server in a exe. file for you to use. You would extract listings from yahoo and dmoz and import to my database.

The directory would start here:
http://dir.yahoo.com/Business_and_Economy/Shopping_and_Services/Law/

Through the script you would make a template with simple header. Also, I would have my Google ads in it at least in two places.

I have a linux server account/domain with ftp access and cpanel.
The script is made for this type of directory portal. I will give you details of the script through pmb.

I have several of these directories to do after this one, and bid price is most important. I would also like to see a directory or portal you have already built.
