Im looking for someone to change the HELM login page with my graphics and Smater MAIL skinning with my graphics

We use HELM and also smarter mail. Our HELM is redesigned to match our logo and contact information. We have left our smarter mail in the default as it seems to be fine with our clients however we do know hoe to change it if we want.
