Description:	What I need is a website similar to www.netscape.com (or shoutwire.com, digg.com…). Users will be able to post title and short description to articles on their web site. Clicking on entry title would take you to that user’s article. There would have to be a rating system from 1 to 5 (not shouts like on shoutwire or diggs on digg.com). When an entry would receive a rating high enough it would automatically be put on front page for some time. Also there has to be a commenting system to comment individual entries. Only registered users will be able to post that comments, but everyone would be able to rate the articles (one rate per ip address per article). Website would be divided in two parts. On one part users will submit their entire website to be rated (example www.userssite.com); on the other part users would submit an address to an individual article on their page (www.userssite.com/atricle.html). Registered users will have to be able to choose which site to display as default when they come to the site. Programming running behind the two parts would be the same; just a few words would have to be changed. I already have a domain name and the person winning this bid will have to make an appropriate web site design and logo. If you are not good with making logos let me know, I can give this job to someone Else. When bidding let me know how you intend to do it and if you intend to use any pre-made open source scripts (like pligg or world press). I WILL ONLY EXCEPT BIDS FROM PEOPLE WORKING WITH LINUX/PHP (OR SOME OTHER SCPRIPT THAT WORKS WITH LINUX)/MYSQL. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MICROSOFT PROGRAMS. There also has to be a user interface for webpage owner to edit or delete entries, comments, ratings and users. Also I would like to have RSS feeds (but it is not necessary to start with them, we can add them later on it is to much work/money). There has to be good Google AdSense integration, search for entries and entries will have to be divided into categories (each entry one category) – like on netscape.com. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you want. Please note also that my project budget is around 600 USD, but if you have a really great solution and can convince me that it is worth it I might expand it.
