Description

Member Account Management

Members will be able to register/login once for all scripts
Members will be able to deposit funds into their account.
Funds will be deposited via PayPal (also should have the option for direct credit card payments, for use at a later time)
Funds will be availible for use at all services on the website (personals, classifieds, real estate listing, shopping, auctions)
Funds can be transferred from one member to another member
Members will be able to request funds (from other members and from our company)
Members will be able to edit their account information
Members will have a profile page (image upload capable and ability to add voice, mp3, wav, etc.)
Member will be able to upgrade themselves to a better subscription

Admin:
Admin can add/delete members
Admin can suspend accounts
Admin will have detailed stats about how many members, etc.
Admin will be able to edit pricing on subscriptions
Admin will be able to email all members



Their will be several member levels

Subscription Levels: (will decide what features they will have access to)
Personal (free acount)
Premium (monthly fee)
Business (monthly fee)

Real Estate Service:
Member (default)
Agent (admin will be able to upgrade members to agents)

Forum:
Member (default)
Moderator (admin can upgrade)
Admin (admin can upgrade)

Store:
Store Owner Small Website (default for Premium and Business Accounts)
Store Owner Regular Account (admin can upgrade)
Store Owner Mega Store (admin can upgrade)
Store Owner Free Store (default for Personal Account)

Mail:
Free Account (default free account)
Premium Account (default Premium Account)
Business Account (default Business Account)

Employment (user should be given the option)
JobSeeker (default if no selection made)

The above scripts are currently installed at the Cha-Lang website. While the Cha-Lang website is currently under heavy contruction you can view most of the services at www.chalang.com

These scripts are currently being installed during the duration of this bidding, and will be part of the member account managment.

Service provider should have some experience in php, cgi, flash, and a knowledge of web security is a plus. Please post any references to previous projects you have done when posting a bid. Bid should include installation and integration of all services. Estamate time frame for project completion is 1-2 months.

Use of a pre-exsisting script is allowable, but must contain all features listed above.
