Description: We need a site that looks and works like ifreelance.com.
The site doesn't necessarily need to look exactly like it but must work like it.
I you are a php/mysql programmer and have some good scripts for "work auctions" do not hesitate to bid for this project.
We need the scripts well documented so the site can be easily extended and modified.
The site needs to be well mudularized so the groups of functionalities can be easily debuged and maintained.
The design of the site must be based on the templates so the elements can be easily changed.
There is a need of preparing this site for multilanguage usage so all the string must be in form of constants defined in separate language files. The default language is english and there is no need to translate it to antyhing right now. We just need to have this possibility guaranteed.
