Description

We need to have the current member join page changed as follows.

It is the page we renamed to freen.php

We need a link to send to a pre-enrollee in an email that will send them to freen.php and they can upgrade to a member.

Currently the tracking links we have tried are not tracking the correct affiliate and we cannot make it work. We need the link to send them to that page and recognize who they are and upgrade them from a pre-enrollee to a member. Everything we have tried is creating a new member.

So here are the 4 items we need:

#1 The link that we would use to insert into a pre-enrollee letter (not the new pre-enrollee letter)

#2 We need the company field from the mentor_user table in the database added to the form with the label AMS ID next to it instead of company. We will use the company field to track the AMS ID.

#3 The freen.php page must not require all the fields to be completed. The only fields that must be completed are as follows: firstname lastname company phone number email street1 city state zip

#4 Remove the Product choice radio buttons and any reference to them in the code.
