Description
Hi,I want to hire someone who can get 100 inbound links for website about seo tools. The links need to come from a webpage (not a site) with a Google Page Rank of 4 or higher with seo or webmaster or tools theme.
I'm interested in one way links, so no reciprocal
I'll provide you with the anchor text and urls: its for 3 urls.
If Iam satisfied with your work i have a lot more to do in the future. We maybe can hire you on a long term monthly base to do this work for us.
Requirements
Do’s:
• The webpages the link will be on should have a PR of 3 or higher.
• The links should be static hyperlinks coming from static pages or home page of the other web site.
• The pages where links to our web site will be listed should be reachable from the home page of the other web site within 2 clicks. Links from deep pages are acceptable depending on traffic and Page Rank.
• You will ensure that the links contain the correct anchor text; also that the URL is typed correctly and resolves to the correct page. No javascript or other links that will not count the lp for that link.
• Only one link should come from each unique domain name.
• All links must be residing on a page with no more than 50 links per page.
• You will not get more than 10 links from sites that are owned by a single person, group or company.
• The ip adres of each link has to have unique last 3 numbers: 123.123.123.xxx (xxx must be unique)
Donts:
• Links from sites whose focus is on porn, XXX sites, hate, racism, casino or sites containing illegal, offensive, or immoral materials are not acceptable.
• You will not submit our site to major search engines or major directories, unless you receive direct permission from us.
• You will not enter our site in any commercial/professional/web rings links exchange program like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com, Arealis etc.
• You will not submit our site to Free for all (FFA), guest books, forums signatures or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. All process should be honest and manual. We reserve the right to determine what is acceptable and not acceptable.
• Links from orphan or doorway pages specifically created for links exchange are not acceptable.
Communication:
• You should respond promptly to email, and communicate effectively with link partners.
• You are not allowed to send out boiler plate spam reciprocal link requests using automated tools. They MUST be personalized emails, every time.
• You will carbon copy each reciprocal link email you send to a special email address that we will provide you with. This is so that we can monitor that each email is unique and personalized.
• You should have the following:
* Reliable internet access
* Good written english
* Professional communication skills
* Accessible via email (we will provide you with an email account)
* Ability to work independently
* Some experience in link building
* Available for contact by Yahoo or MSN messenger.
Management links:
• All links must be documented with URL in Excel format with the following information: The URLs of all sites where our link is placed, the pr of the webpage the link is placed on.
• People who can provide me with a php/mysql database with multi admin to coo work have better changes of winning this project
• Send an email confirmation when a link becomes live
Payment:
• The payment is a one time payment for a lifetime link. So no rent or paid links.
• We make a deal for the 100 links.
• Payment will be made for every 10 approved links.
• Only links that meet above requirements are paid.
• Bonus of $1 will be paid for every link of pr 5 or higher.
