Description: Hi, i want a website design made for a Windows Vista site called Vista Advice (contains tips, how to guides, etc).

only 1 page needs to be designed and would prefer if you would use CSS rather than tables.

no javascript, animations, or flash is needed for this project.

Requirements
1. i would like a horizontal drop down menu in css
2. layout to feature high use of CSS and avoid using tables
3. website built for 1024*768 screen resolution (fixed, not stretched)
4. 1page design layout needed

Deliverables;
please email me once the first draft is completed, if everything is okay, you can upload the files to your server and show me a demo of the site. once that is satisfactory, i shall release payment and shall expect the .psd files, images and html files.

i would like the project done with in 10 days from ending.
