Description: PHPnuke Project - ‘your account’ extension

The website uses PHPnuke in combination with a MySQL database to manage the content of the website.

The website uses the external module ‘b1gmail 5.0’ that allows users to sign up for a web mail account. This module uses its own database tables.

At present when a user signs up, the username of their choice is written away in the table ‘users temp’ and after having confirmation is written to the table ’users’. (This is PHPnuke modules only)

When signing up for the email account the data is written in the table ‘b1gmail_users’. (This is for b1gmail use only)

In the current situation the user has to sign up twice, once for the website in general (in the PHPnuke module ‘your account’) and once in the external module ‘b1gmail 5.0’

Through this project we would like to effectuate the creation of the web mail address through the initial signup (in the ‘your account’ module)

When the new user sign and fills out a user name, a mail address is created and written away in the b1gmail tables.

Furthermore the module ‘your account’ needs to be extended.
Extra personal information needs to be captured.
The signup form needs to be extended, with extra fields.
Hence the database needs to contain these fields as well.

Developer needs to
-Update the pages:
modules.php?name=Your_Account&op=new_user
modules.php?name=Your_Account&op=edituser
-Create extra fields in the appropriate db tables
-Integrate email into user account
-Update the your account page
